Jeff L. Cain was vocational agriculture teacher at Watkinsville OCHS in the 50's. He worked with the FFA chapter and was involved in many community activities. He kept score at High School basketball games in the Old Gym at Watkinsville.
Jeff Cain was elected County School Superintendent in the late fifties and served until he retired in 1965. He became an official with the U S Department of Education.
